How will you discover gymnastics?

EXPLORE

Our EXPLORE program offers obstacle-course-style gymnastics classes for all ages. Parents are welcome on the floor alongside their child as they continuously move, explore, and learn through FUN foundational gymnastics.

Tumble Bugs

Ages 2-3

Down on the forest floor, bugs are the ultimate ground explorers. They spend their days rolling over twigs, climbing under leaves, and navigating a giant world close to the earth.

GymnastiCats

Ages 4-5

Cats are naturally driven by a strong sense of curiosity and a desire to explore vertical spaces. As they grow, they confidently leave the forest floor to test their balance on low-hanging branches and sturdy rocks.

Leap Frogs

Adaptive Gymnastics for ages 6+

Deeply sensitive to their surroundings, frogs pause before every leap to ensure they are safe and steady. Only when completely secure do they launch into triumphant, joyful bounds.

Flying Squirrels

Dynamic Gymnastics for ages 6+

Flying squirrels are high-energy, fast-moving creatures. They are known for their spectacular leaps, incredible adaptability, and joyful navigation of the highest canopies.

DEVELOP

Our DEVELOP program offers fitness-style gymnastics classes for older children, teens, and adults. Overall strength, flexibility, and technique are developed for foundational skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline, all within a fun and non-competitive environment.

Snags

Ages 40+

In the forest, a Snag is the seasoned, standing tree that has stood the test of time. It stands as a strong, enduring pillar of resilience and a valuable part of the surrounding ecosystem.
